For me, Bingo is just a Safari cafe on the ground floor of this building.
The cafe is pleasant, cozy atmosphere, delicious and inexpensive cuisine, but!!! the kitchen is delicious only when the cook Sergey is on shift.

Comfortable, cozy. On the 1st floor there is a cafe, on the 2nd a restaurant, on the 3rd a dance school, on the 4th a hairdresser, manicure, fitness.

You can sit with friends inexpensively and have a good time. The staff is not bad either
