Since there were holidays and our regular doctor could not accept, we came here and were told that we needed to remove a tooth, while with an anesthetic injection my child screamed in pain, although the child is very patient and I did not understand why it hurt so much., I know by myself that it should be painless. Nr she said it was okay. After a couple of weeks we got to our doctor and they tell us that they removed a healthy tooth just like that, it's just the nerve of a nearby tooth that acted like that. Now our teeth can grow crookedly, so it's still bad when I remember what the child had to go through just like that. I do not recommend this medical center.

Who will compensate me for the overtreatment and the time spent? I am very sorry that I used this dentistry. On the emotions of the holiday (it was my birthday that day) I sat down to treat my teeth. And how it was: the doctors first cleaned me, very roughly, after which my gums hurt for 4 days and are still bleeding (more than a week has passed). I do not even know what dose of anesthesia I was given, that it hurt me during treatment and when I screamed in pain, the doctor said: well, be patient. And then the director came and she put anesthesia on me again, which finally worked, but did not polish the seal (I realized this the next day when the anesthesia went away). Also, this director, at first approached and constantly looked at how the doctor was coping (apparently she had no experience and she checked, although I was assured that an experienced dental surgeon who does not know how to put anesthesia on), pulled with the phrase: leave her for now and do another one quickly, she is someone's relative there ... this is generally normal? Then, instead of prescribing the following treatments, she sold me: to trim the bridle for me, a child, they say, I do not take it expensive. And at the same time, she said that we charge from 25 to 65,000 tenge for treatment, and for 20,000 tenge for you. It's like a market, not a clinic. And now my gums bleed prematurely and the tooth that the "doctor" treated hurts. And the most annoying thing is that now I have left and I can't even come to the clinic with a claim, although there is no trust in the clinic and doctors.
