I sat for 40 minutes in the middle of the working day, waiting for an appointment, and left without waiting. I believe that if there is a delay of 40 (or maybe more, I do not know how many more minutes I would have sat), the doctor should understand that he does not have time to cure the previous patient and the clinic should warn in advance about the delay, and not at the moment when the next patient has already arrived. If I had been warned at least 20-30 minutes before the scheduled time, I would have come later and everything would have been fine :)
