The confidence I felt from the first day proved that I was at the right address. Ms. Hülya showed an extremely caring, patient and explanatory approach from the first interview. He explained every step of the process in detail, answered all the questions in my mind sincerely. On the accounting and collection side, Ayşenur Hanım managed the process with the same care and professionalism; she informed at every stage and did not omit any details. The thing that impressed me the most was not to be seen here as just a file number or a customer. I really felt like someone who was listened to, valued and supported.
