Lots of seats. A large selection of desserts, very tasty cheesecake. It is a pity that there are few types of tea, there was not enough seasonal winter menu, some of the few hot drink items were missing. We chose a raspberry hot drink - we mixed frozen raspberries with sugar in boiling water. The raf was served in a glass tumbler-beautiful, of course, but how to get a hot glass to the table? At least serve it on a saucer or with a potholder of some kind.

I took it with me, they gave me a box, I asked for a package, since the box had no handles, and it was unclear how to carry it. They gave me a regular blue transparent shopping bag, they just threw it in, didn't pack the box there, and didn't even help. Usually in pastry shops/ coffee shops they immediately give you a package in your hands and you leave) plus! why doesn't the corporate identity include a package with pens, it also raises awareness, and in general, I want to return to an institution that bothers with such trifles

I have ordered cakes here several times – they are beautiful and delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. The connection with the pastry shop is bad: They don't respond on social media, they don't pick up the phone. When trying to postpone the delivery for half an hour due to force majeure, no one got in touch.
The courier was initially rude because I wasn't at home, but after explaining it, he became more polite.
Taste – 5, service – 2. There is no customer orientation: you pay for a service, but the attitude is as if you owe them something. It's a pity, because the cakes are good.

Secondly, there is no Wifi in the coffee shop, which is difficult to imagine in the modern world. Because of this, there was no desire to go here, despite the cozy atmosphere and loyal prices.

We passed by, decided to eat dessert, fell for the positive reviews. The expectations were not justified.
We ordered blueberry cake, esterhazy, black fairy, Americano and 2 cups of tea. Desserts for 7-9 rubles. The price is normal, but there is nothing outstanding to taste. I liked the coffee. But the overall impression was completed by tea and service.
Water is poured into the kettle directly from the tap. The kettle, apparently, is far from new, a pile of scale after pouring water into transparent mugs. It was rightly noted that we are not ready to pay for such water and a tea bag. To which, instead of an apology, there was a phenomenal response: "The kettle just boiled, what did you want." That is, we had to wait for the scale to settle and enjoy life.
The staff is unfriendly. They muttered something about the composition of the dessert under their breath. Politeness 0.
The total check for everything turned out to be 34.5 BYN. By the way, it was not given with the order. 6 rubles for tea were returned in cash. I do not recommend it.

I ordered two birthday cakes at work. they brought really small cakes of 800 grams each (Napoleon and the gifts of nature), and the bill was rolled out for 85 rubles. nothing special tastes. it is very insulting and unpleasant, and most importantly, there is nothing to prove that the weight is wrong. check the weight when you receive the order!

You can buy a cake or a brownie with you or order a cake for a late afternoon. It tastes like home - you can lick your fingers! I accidentally walked in while walking around Minsk and was very pleased :))

We ordered a cake for our daughter's birthday. Caramel bananas, 1.3 kg. When it was delivered, I was upset: I didn't expect it to be so small.
As a result, the company of 8 children managed to finish it only on the second day. Strong, clogged, all layers are dense, sooo satisfying. Very tasty! Caramel, banana, chocolate, mascarpone - they are great friends)
I recommend. Just keep in mind that it is visually small.

We ordered a birthday cake. Ordered in 2 weeks. Not some special order, but from their offer. What came very vaguely resembled a photo from the site. The cake wasn't cheap, but it looked like it had been taken out of some trash can. The decor is decorated any way. Complete disappointment and spoiled mood.
They said it was impossible to return the finished products, so they do not take any responsibility on themselves. In the future, if I ever decide to buy something from them for an important event, it will be only from the window.

1. There is no staff on site for several minutes, although you can hear a visitor coming in. But the blinds to the office are open and all the "behind-the-scenes conversations" are audible to visitors.
2. The trays have disappeared, zero attention to the guests in this regard.
3. Almost every time the terminal does not work, it is written in a barely noticeable font and they tell you about it by pointing at the paper: "we have it written here"
4. The seller does not hesitate, passing by the guests, to shout something towards the back entrance of the cafe to the loader... It feels like you're not a guest, but someone else's at home.
5. Unexpectedly unkempt floors in the spring, an abundance of dust near the toilet areas and dirty bathrooms..
6. Cakes are often on the lowest shelves, although the top two shelves are almost empty. It's a bit difficult to read and you have to almost squat down
7. The coffee has gone bad, the 8-p cappuccino is almost a latte, the flat has become very hard, like just overcooked grain

Excellent pastry shop. In the price-quality ratio, it is the best! Where else in the city can you find mind-blowing cakes for 5-7 rubles!? A dorble pear is something! Strudels are the tastiest. Lemonades are inexpensive and delicious. I took a strudel with me, I will definitely buy a whole cake here. They also make to order.

And despite the tight deadlines, the employees completely changed the order the day before the event (due to our inconsistency as a customer, until the last moment they did not see what we wanted from the cakes at the holiday, and ordered 6 different cakes (hand)))), changed the design of the cakes in production and organized delivery! And all this in a day!
