Искал трансфер из аэропорта Алании в арендованные апартаменты и обратно. На одном из форумов нашел хорошие отзывы про эту компанию. Решил попробовать- сделал заказ пока только из аэропорта. Оплатить заказ надо на сайте! Обещают возврат при отмене не менее чем за 24ч.
Сайт удобный, в т.ч. на русском языке, есть выбор машин, цены не выше конкурентов (дешевле не нашел), возможность оплаты российской картой по разумному курсу, есть русскоязычная поддержка в чате. Однако затем друзья убедили ехать на одном автобусе вместе, решил отменить свой заказ. Из-за большого праздника в Турции несколько дней никто не отвечал, потом в чате в WhatsApp пообещали вернуть деньги через "неделю и десять дней". Деньги кстати действительно вернулись на карту через этот срок :)
Заказал через них же обратный трансфер в аэропорт. Микроавтобус прибыл вовремя, все прошло по плану, жена и ребенок довольны. Могу рекомендовать!

I used this company upon arrival in Antalya. I was attracted by the price, which is an order of magnitude lower than that of other companies. Before booking the trip, I communicated with a representative in watsapp in Russian. They answered all my questions promptly and gave detailed answers. I quickly found a sign at Antalya airport, and after 5 minutes the driver came up and took all my luggage to the car. The car inside is clean and tidy. Upon arrival at the destination, the driver also helped with the luggage. I definitely recommend this company.

We were left without a transfer and without the money that we paid to this company.
We flew to Istanbul and found this company on the Internet. I tried to book a transfer from the airport on their website. The amount to be paid for an individual transfer was shown by 2858. It seemed somehow too little. There was not much information about them, so I decided not to risk it. Half an hour later they wrote to me in WhatsApp, sent me a link and asked me to pay. I asked if it was a group transfer and how to find a car at the airport. They wrote to me that this is an individual transfer. I paid, wrote the time of arrival, the airport and the address where to take. They replied that everything was OK.
Upon arrival in Istanbul, no one was waiting for us, there was only a message that I did not indicate where to pick us up, so the amount was so small to pay and you need to pay extra. Although I wrote them all in the chat. Why was I sent a payment link if there was no information about where to pick us up from? And also assured that the transfer is individual?
To my questions what to do now, they said that they could arrange for an additional payment. However, they did not answer right away, we had already managed to pick up our luggage by that time and were waiting for the bus. I said that it was not necessary, we would not pay extra and asked for a refund. To which I received an answer that I was canceling the transfer at the last moment, so no refund is provided. So we were left without money and without a transfer.

Добрый день! Заказывала трансфер на сайте, сначала очень переживала, что очень низкая цена…с Махмутлара до аэропорта Анталии -1200₽ или 12-13 $, но мне сразу же пришла квитанция и бронь на почту, накануне связалась с Рамилем, он мне всё рассказал, обьяснил, что через 2,5 часа буду в аэропорту ! Так и произошло, машина пришла без опозданий, микроавтобус с кандиционером, аккуратный водитель! Рамиль так же с утра поинтересовался, забрали нас или нет! Отличная компания, цена огонь! Для сравнения другие берут 65-70 евро! Не вижу смысла переплачивать! Забрали несколько человек по дороге, кругов не нарезали, всё грамотно и чётко! Рекомендую, а так же сама буду пользоваться данным трансфером! Рамиль, спасибо Вам большое, выручили очень!

The driver was met at the exit with a sign. I was driving alone in a minivan, apparently there were no more customers. I paid only for my place. They took me to the entrance. I recommend it!

Хочу оставить отзыв о вчерашнем впечатлении от путешествия на авто данной компании из Сиде в Аэропорт Анталии. Сказать, что это ужас-ничего не сказать. Водитель опоздал на час, при этом телефон компании не отвечал в течении 40 минут. Все время в телефоне был, на дорогу смотрел только иногда, бессвязно и громко говорил. Вел авто аварийно, в машине пахло алкоголем, один раз буквально заснул за рулем, машина чуть не улетела с дороги. НИКОГДА не пользуйтесь данным трансфером, если дорожите жизнью. Если бы не самолет-обязательно бы обратились в полицию!
