The division into entrances is a bit strange, but it is probably justified. The toilets are clean. The elevators are slow. There is security in the form of pensioners. Daily cleaning service. The doors to the offices are steel, with electric locks. There is an expensive cafe in the 4th entrance. Next to the Hippo with cooking. Mtb. Alpha. Papajones. A rocking chair. There are parking lots, both simple and guarded. Underground parking. MKAD. The subway is nearby. So is the cemetery. Half of the world is under IT.
Of the disadvantages, only smokers, who traditionally block the entrances. Murderers.
