It is not possible to get through to two numbers, if someone picks up the phone at least once during the whole day, it is a great success. Parcels are not clear how they are sent. Once you bring them at 10 a.m. and they accept them only the next day, the next day you bring them at 12 and they are sent within half an hour. And there is no mountain of parcels
