The building was built a long time ago, but it is kept in decent condition. Free parking for half an hour (and generally an adequate price for paid parking). I would like a second exit from the Borisovsky Trakt metro station at the bottom, so that it would be closer to go. The question is certainly not to the GCU, but transport accessibility in bad weather is lame.
