We've been here three times. The staff seems to be offended by the customers all the time, by the look of it. Besides it : Sometimes the cards are not accepted, then there is no half of the menu, then the fryer does not work. And the cherry on the cake-they forgot the bag (they were alone before closing), they took it away in the morning. The perfume was missing from the bag. At least the wallet wasn't there. At the same time, we are not the only one with such a case.

The place is cool and cozy. The food is very tasty, I tried solyanka and draniki and cappuccino. They cook quickly. I was very pleased.

We were with the company there at the "Vytoki" holiday.After the fireworks, we decided to continue to relax and sit for a short time and were extremely dissatisfied.The staff ran to no one knows where, although there were no people, they forgot the order, they did not carry it very quickly.The contingent there is redneck, +50 and there is nothing for young people to do there.The food is not tasty, the pizza is dry, bought in the neighbors in the freezer and just warmed up, the hookah is disgusting at all.The music leaves much to be desired, the songs are from 1980, the toilet is one and the whole is dirty.In short, we will not go there for anything else!

Today we were not particularly satisfied with the service. At first, they told us that we allegedly would not have one person, although all the guests were present. Then they didn't bring us all the snacks, explaining that everything ordered was on the table. Then they came to us and said that they needed to buy something else. Although this issue should have been discussed in advance when ordering.

The waiters are rude, arrogant, defiant. Discourages everyone from even going into this place. I already wrote a review about 2 years ago. We came in recently, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. I do not recommend it.

The drinks are disgusting, they took a mojito for 8 rubles. The promised rum is not there, instead of mint syrup, which was clearly overdone. We haven't even drunk half of it. It was wildly sweet, and my jaw ached. When asked what kind of mojito, what's wrong with it and why it's impossible to drink it, we got the answer: I WARNED YOU THAT IT'S NOT MINT, BUT SYRUP. The money was not returned, they were wildly dissatisfied.
