Не советую заказывать дом у них! Это просто УЖАС! Заключили договор в мае на строительство каркасного дома. Бригада заехала в июне, и тут началось, работы велись с отхождением от проекты, на что постоянно были замечания от нас! Материал использовался самый дешевый, все пиломатериалы низкого сорта. 7 июля 2023г руководством компании было принято решение бригаду поменять… на сегодняшний день 29.09.2023 г. дом стоит не достроенный, бригады новой нет, руководство внятного ответа не дает! Требования по исполнению договора не выполняются! Такого не профессионализма в строительстве я еще не встречала! Менеджеры обходительны с вами только до момента заключения договора! После отношение кардинально меняется! На телефон никто не отвечает! Обратной связи нет!
