The staff is good. I was there with American friends and the staff was really polite and knew English so much to be able to fully communicate with them. The atmosphere is always good in every chain of Black Angus. Waiting time is average, acceptable for burgers. Food is tasty, even so much that my friends compared it to the food from their hometown.

Great food, great service. Everything is clean, burgers are super tasty, visiting the place for many years. Make sure to leave tips to the wonderful personnel!

Classic interior design, a ehole lot of burgers (including great lamb one), excellent grilled veggie salad.
A couple of nitpicks:
- no rye bun option
- no beer (couldn't find it in the menu, at least)
- no choice of patty cooking: only medium-to-well-done, in my experience

The best hamburger place in Armenia in my opinion. Good service. The only problem is the flies that fly in easily through the open windows and the manager takes no action to catch them. Minus one star for this.

Great burgers! We tried the mozzarella and classic cheese one, very good. Onion rings weren’t good.

Wow! That was super perfect. The burger was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The waiting time was short, around 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and welcoming, too.

One of the few places where the food level is kept more or less at the same level!
You only need to come here for burgers.

The burgers are one of the best in Yerevan, not the best in my life, but definitely good.
Last year's vegan pizza was more delicious than it is now. The mozzarella sticks were very tasty and stringy! You can come here for food.
Service 10/8.5
Last year, the service here was terrible, they didn't bring the appliances, they didn't take away the dirty plates, they weren't interested in the guests at all, you liked everything, you want something else.
It was just like in the dining room then!
BUT this year the staff has changed, like, all the waiters are guys, that's probably why)) but the level of service has definitely increased, of course, with some passes as instruments!
Atmosphere 10/9
There are always a lot of people inside the restaurant, but there is no discomfort from the noise, which is a plus, the light is comfortable and pleasant inside!
Toilet 10/6
The only thing I don't like is toilets! They are located near the interior where the staff gathers, it is not pleasant at all. And the faucet in the sink is terrible, it doesn't open comfortably, it doesn't close, in one word, you need to change it!

The best burger shop in Yerevan, a very large selection of different burgers. But at the same time, each burger is verified, the ingredients are selected very competently. They ask for roasting. A very tasty burger, where the cutlet is replaced with filet mignon. The prices are quite high, but the burgers just melt in your mouth. But it's worth working on the service, the service is long, sometimes they don't bring what they ordered. I ordered Pepper cheese, and Blue Cheese was brought.

Service based on nationality. Armenians are the first to be noticed, but Russians are ignored. We arrived on the night of February 8-9, 2025, no one met us, we sat down at a table and started waiting for the waiter. The Armenians came after us, they were greeted, seated at a table, and given a menu. Then some more, they were also welcomed, planted, and given a menu. Then they took their order, brought snacks, and only then did they deign to pay attention to us. Although they waved their hands and called with their voice. To the question "why were you ignored", the waiter lied, "you came after them." There was no such thing in 2023, but it appeared in 2025.

Overall, the impressions were below normal and expected.
1. The meat in the middle of the cutlet was almost raw.
2. Mozzarella sticks were fried in old oil. The smell of old, used oil was very strong.
3. The aperol syringe was tasteless, mostly carbonated water with a slight aftertaste of aperol.
4. The music was too loud for a burger joint, which also affected our perception of the atmosphere.
Guys, you should keep an eye on the quality of food and drinks.
The only pleasant moment was the service, the waitress was very nice and pleasant.

As with the entire Black Angus chain, the burgers are great. When ordering, you can choose regular or angus beef, burger size, roasting. In my personal experience, Medium Rare is always fried.
However, in an institution on Mashtots. 39 the service seemed longer and less attentive than on Abovyan. Maybe we were just unlucky, but we waited a long time for the opportunity to order, and as a result, we mixed up two completely different burgers when issuing them.

@blackangusburger - there is not a single person alive in Yerevan, sometimes #zebrakushaetburgers wakes up.
There is a large selection of burgers, under twenty positions. Take the "big one" - they are the usual size, and the "ordinary" one is more like a child's one. Beef can be chosen as regular or angus - I am not a subtle connoisseur, I was satisfied with the usual cutlet.
Burgers are well assembled, flow slightly, well, that's because they are juicy, do not fall apart, and hold in your hand until the last. The beef patty is asked for roasting, the medium asked for the rer, they got it. The only thing I would remove in beef is thin tomato slides, the peel unappetizingly peels off in thin threads after the burger is bitten. The rolls look thick, but they are easily crushed and do not come to the fore in taste.
The choice of beer is very sad, but this is Yerevan. Apparently it was necessary to take a glass of wine with the burger.

Not bad medium burgers, but not wow. It seems delicious, but it seems nothing special.
They asked for roasting, but they still brought a well done cutlet. I hope this doesn't happen with steaks.
Plus burgers - lots of vegetables. The minus is a thick loaf, the usual meat tastes. There was no sauce in the Cheddar bacon at all.
So I will not advise, and I will not advise either)

The diluted whiskey monkey shoulder was brought. And the color was watery and tasted 15-25 degrees. I'm sure it's the bartender's initiative. I informed the waitress, she called the manager, she was very nice and offered a new glass, but we already called a taxi, promised a glass next time. I will never take strong alcohol here again and I do not advise anyone.
Burgers are very tasty and soft drinks too.
