I came today at 19:52 and asked to make coffee! There were some "boys" standing nearby (apparently they were waiting for the girl to work a shift) and told me that the cafe was no longer working! I asked why, but I didn't get a clear answer! The girl had already ordered a coffee machine and was going home faster! I didn't provide a complaint book on demand and said that if it's important to you, I can make coffee! But the desire to take it there is no longer there! Although before that, my husband and I went out for a walk almost every day and took coffee there!

Once again, I was convinced that it was no longer worth buying coffee here. In the morning (at 8:00) I took a large cappuccino, going to work. I didn't even take a sip on the way. When I came to work, I tried it and realized that I was just drinking hot milk. There wasn't even a smell of coffee. The color is a slightly perceptible beige color. I left it unfinished, I think I'll go back and come in and show them what they did to me. As a result, I went up to them at 10:00, and said that instead of coffee, I got hot milk. To which the girl who made the coffee replied that she had added coffee (although she did not specify in what proportion)))) ) and that I could have poured as much milk into it as I wanted over the past two hours! It's just ridiculous!!! I have nothing better to do than add milk to my coffee and then make a claim. No one apologized or admitted their guilt!!! A very unpleasant aftertaste! I was also accused of dishonesty and some kind of inadequacy)) I didn't want to write a review, but since the employees don't admit their mistakes, let people know about the "integrity" and the level of service at this point.
