Today we went to a coffee shop with a friend, we go here regularly, usually the service is excellent, but not today. There was a sign saying "technical break of 10 minutes", we stood for 15 minutes, the girl laid out the cakes, when she finished putting them out of the drawers, and there were only plastic packages left, I asked: "Can she make us coffee quickly?". The answer was, "Wait." And eventually the waiting time stretched to 25 minutes. Extremely unhappy with the barista named Anastasia. There were no people in the cafe except for the two of us.
