Master Einel reviewed my previous review, commented on it, and professionally explained the internal processes of the salon, which was useful for understanding. She also showed which brands the studio works with and which standards are followed. Everything was noticeably cleaner in the workplace: • There was significantly less dust. •The pad is neat. • They offered different drinks. A live flower on the master's table added a special atmosphere - a small thing, but very inviting. , The procedure. Ainela is a delicate and pleasant specialist. We easily found a common language, and the dialogue developed naturally. At the end of the procedure, the cuticle was treated with oil, and the end was a relaxing hand massage - a really pleasant accent, which I want to talk about separately. A pleasant update in the bathroom: a fragrant diffuser has appeared - this is also a small touch that works for the image. Bottom line: The salon recognized the mistakes and corrected them correctly. The service has improved, the attention to detail has improved, and the craftsmanship is at the right level. All this made it possible to change the overall impression. There is still room to grow in terms of customer comfort (communication, information delivery), but the right direction has been chosen. ,Rating after the second visit: 4 out of 5. The decrease is due to the first situation and the lack of a warning about the master's qualifications. But Master Aineli's professionalism and work on mistakes are highly appreciated.
