The manufacturer's hotline turned out to be a store in Brest at 35 Grodnenskaya Street. The seller Oksana kindly responded to the request and was very helpful!!! I found the available color option for our furniture on the samples and compared it with the available sample that we chose (coincidentally!!!), sent a comparison photo, and suggested several options for purchase. It took just a few minutes, but Oksana saved me a lot of time!!! I was just amazed by such responsiveness and willingness to help!!! MANY HUMAN THANKS TO Oksana!!! We bought a Koen table about 8 years ago, and we liked everything. For old times' sake, we went to get a new hallway - we chose Porto, which is very compact and multifunctional, and it's nice for the price. I arrived on time. But I didn't expect such terrible quality. The boxes are intact, but it looks like vandals have worked inside - chips, scratches. New furniture shouldn't look like that. A very large deposit was left. We'll figure it out!
