We repaired the car in this service station! I do not advise anyone! We examined the car, said which part needs to be replaced. Then they called and said that they needed to buy spare parts. Since we live in another city, we willingly offered to buy them ourselves. They called and said in fact that the car was ready, you can come, although we asked to be present during the repair. We came to pick up the car, it was already parked on the street.They asked to show which parts were replaced. They said to make a payment, then they will show it!) as a result: they changed only what was originally agreed) and took the money as for the full provision of services, twice as expensive and non-existent spare parts too. Receipts for spare parts were not provided, allegedly thrown out along with the boxes! They were also rude! The guarantee was not issued. There is no order for an outfit. We are preparing documents for the court! Unfortunately, we read the reviews after the "high-quality repair" and I see that I am not alone in this situation.) if there are victims of a similar scheme who applied to this service station, join us, there is a fraud of pure water. That's just one statement to the police is not enough to initiate a criminal case, you need at least a few appeals. But in consumer protection, they willingly agreed to look into this situation. I think the tax service will also be interested. Defend your rights!!!!!
