Soot is simple, for guests from another city, and local, this is one of the best establishments in Semey, where you can calmly, mentally sit with friends, girlfriend, and relax from the heart. the food is delicious, on Wednesdays there seemed to be promotions for cocktails at 1200, as well as one of the 3 in my institution where there are official representatives of elite alcoholics (no offense to the institution, I attached a photo from there or not I do not remember) but I advise everyone
