Очень дорогое коммунальные обслуживание!!!!! За 65метр кв оплата 10000руб.и говорят еще дороже будет.а здание не такая элитная.как на тургенева.еще включают.выключают горячая вода.отопление.нигде в обычных зданиях нет такие цены.самая высокая 6000-7000руб
