Visiting this department was disappointing. For a family of 5 people, they wanted to purchase bed linen sets worth about 1000-1200 rubles. Management, calculate the lost profit due to incompetence and rudeness on the part of the employees of this outlet. I will take the money to competitors who are more customer-oriented and capable of basic advice on prices and sizes, as well as being ready to issue an invoice at any working time of the store (not only from 10:00 to 17:00) I won't say anything about violations of the law at all: the book of comments and suggestions is not filled out properly, it is issued after very urgent demands, and not on demand. Employees also don't know anything about the law on personal data, because they required a passport/ passport details, although they don't need them to issue an account)
