I am very disappointed with this dry cleaning. I gave two T-shirts to be cleaned, but they were returned unwashed and additionally stained. They tried to wash things wet in front of me, and they gave them back in that condition. The quality of service is terrible, and the attitude towards customers is boorish. I do not recommend this dry cleaning!

I do not recommend anyone to visit this place! The staff doesn't know their job, they mess up things, and then they'll blame you for it. I handed in a new item, got it, didn't look at it right away. I came home, torn at all seams. The thing was ironed incorrectly too, the linen fabric was ironed with a hot iron, there are traces of iron everywhere! She received no apologies or compensation for my objections. The thing is ruined, and so is the mood. Beware of this place!

Terrible dry cleaning. I handed over a down jacket, after cleaning, all the fluff came off in lumps, it felt like the thing was washed in a regular machine and at a high temperature
