I wrote a statement for some reason in one copy I wanted to take a picture so that there was evidence that they took it away, the seller said that it was forbidden. although it is not prescribed in the law. judge for yourself, I'm writing a statement, the seller takes the goods and that's it. He didn't give me anything about what he took away. yes, and I had to force the seller to write that he accepted the goods for return and has no complaints in appearance. otherwise, I would have made scratches during the inspection and said that the product was damaged. yes, and at the same time I said that I did not know that I would get the money. anyway, they try to take responsibility off themselves as much as possible. I had to call the rights protection hotline. of course, they explained to me how to behave in such a situation. sellers are not sociable. there is no attitude towards the client. they don't care if you buy the product or not. In general, if you want a headache, then go to this store. in which if you buy a product that does not match, it is problematic to return the money)
