I stopped by to wash the car once. The queue was not small. The receptionist offered to leave the car and return for it in 3 hours. He arrived for the car not after 3 hours, but after 5, and was upset that the car had not yet been washed. I had to wait another 1.5 hours. About quality: their quality also leaves much to be desired.
