The store is pretty nice, it has a decent collection of different glasses and they can create your lens while you're standing there, however they usually offer next day service instead and the prices are kind of okay. The staff are quite helpful, however they did kind of mess up my first order, but they got it right on the second try or the third actually. Nonetheless, they're very Understanding.

the optics are excellent, there is a fairly large selection of frames, the diagnosis will be carried out on the spot if you do not have a prescription. glasses are made very quickly - literally half an hour and you're done. only chameleons darkening in the sun can give out the next day if you have astigmatism, as you need to order lenses specifically for them. the prices are very pleasant! the staff is polite, they will always prompt and help with the choice.

At first, they sold the lenses, claiming that they were for 6 months, but in fact they turned out to be two weeks old. When I came to investigate, they refused to make a refund or exchange, hiding behind ridiculous reasons. Today, when I applied again, the employee was just rude and said, "Next time, buy somewhere else." This is an outrageous attitude towards customers.
