The place itself is spacious, there is a big plus — an enclosed gazebo, which is very convenient, especially in bad weather or when you want privacy. The dishes themselves are delicious, the fillings are decent, and everything else is fine too. There are no complaints about the quality of the food. Cons (important): The main problem is the catastrophic slowness of cooking when there is a rush and a queue. The process is completely not optimized. Very tasty pancakes are lost due to the fact that they have to wait 20-30 minutes. Suggestions for improvement: Basic logistics are very lacking: let at least 1 separate cashier work, who calmly (without racing) takes orders and punches checks, while 2 people concentrate only on cooking and filling. Now, apparently, one person is rushing around both the cash register and the stove — hence the congestion. Please speed up the process — you wouldn't have a price, but because of the waiting, you don't always want to go. Bottom line: The place and the food are good, but you need to work hard on the speed of work during rush hours. I recommend it only if you have enough time.

I came to Brest from St. Petersburg for a visit. That day in the morning I wanted pancakes with cappuccino for breakfast. I went on an independent search for a place for breakfast. I didn't find the sign I saw the day before. Eventually, the navigator called for this pancake shop. I found pancakes and cappuccino. It would seem that it happened. But... A very friendly seller. Not a bad choice. But the pancake is in the camping version, in a paper corner. The cappuccino is not bad. But I had to consume everything on the cool veranda. But I wanted a holiday - a plate, a knife with a fork... And of course, I wanted warmth.
