There was a fitting on 25.01. Everything went just magically. Huge selection of dresses and pleasant atmosphere. I would also like to thank the consultant 's girlfriend (unfortunately, I don't remember her name ) . She's a professional. I thank her and her professionalism for choosing the dress right away, without a doubt. There was a moment with the sleeves , she offered to redo them and everything immediately shone 🥰 The salon is very comfortable and with excellent staff 💯

It seems to me that this is the best wedding salon in Minsk. The head and the girl consultants have created a wonderful atmosphere!! A huge selection for all shapes! Very friendly, kind and beautiful girl consultants! The head is a professional in his field!! It was incredibly pleasant from the care and attention!

I rented a dress. The salon is very cool, a huge selection of dresses, the staff is polite, the fit was done in 5 hours, since she is from another city. Upon return, there was a slight defect in the lower layer of the dress, they did not charge for it. I recommend this salon to everyone 😊

The dresses are gorgeous, I chose it here, after visiting 3 more top salons.
But the service is a nightmare.
She was booked at 14.30 for the final dress fitting. At the same time, another woman was signed up, although only one can be accepted. As a result, I waited 20 minutes. Next, the situation: we agreed to finish the element, included it in the price, but forgot to complete it. The tailor on the spot said, "I'll do everything in a couple of minutes." A couple of minutes turned into another half hour.
After 20 minutes, they thought of at least offering coffee.
2 stars only for beautiful dresses.
There is still a long way to go before the service, at least like in Dominic, where people literally run around you.

During the fitting, 3 consultants were replaced in half an hour with the phrase "go now you"
It was as strange as possible. There were good dresses, but because of the service and the arrogant atmosphere, I don't want to go back.

Beautiful interior, nice consultant girls who were able to choose the dress I wanted.
On the wedding day, it turned out that the dress had a stain on the waist. In my opinion, the dress was after the rental, although the first rental was announced. I have nothing against the 2nd rental, but the price for it should be several times less. At first they tried to throw the stain on me, then they justified themselves by saying that their steamer was leaking. It was nice to hear all day from the guests and the photographer that my dress was dirty.
I received nothing but apologies.

There is no communication between employees and the consumer. I signed up for a week to try on one particular dress. 2 hours before the fitting, I warned that I would be 30 minutes later. Only when I arrived at the place with my friends, the employee started looking for a dress that I had to try on. After 10 minutes, it turned out that it was not in the salon, it was in the dry cleaning. As far as I understand, if you know which dress the consumer will try on, you should check its availability in the salon at the beginning of the working day and, in its absence, inform 4 people not to travel from different parts of the city and not waste their time on stupid rides.
The choice of dresses is not bad, the rental prices are adequate, but the above described situation completely discourages the desire to recommend this salon.

Thanks to the Bliss salon for the Darsia dress! The dress turned out to be very delicate, cute and elegant, even much better than in the photo. All the girl workers are just amazing people with whom it was a pleasure to make this difficult choice for the bride. It's incredible that I just didn't expect to see such beautiful dresses in the salon, which you fall in love with all at once, so you want to measure everything in turn. I strongly advise brides to visit this salon, and tall and slender girls should not be afraid to try on dresses like "mermaid", because men really like them. THANKS again to the salon staff!
