For the first time I came here for a manicure + pedicure complex.The staff was as friendly and courteous as possible that day.The only thing that confused me was the price.
The website shows the price for the complex-115.As a result, it turned out to be 146.
The girl who did the manicure warned about additional payments for the repair of 2 nails-I agreed, so I gave this amount without any problems at the exit.
She left with the desire to return and visit this salon on a regular basis.
Today I visited them for the second time..
.Firstly, a negative mood for the whole day.Secondly, a grandiose misunderstanding of the price)
The administrator met in a good mood, offered drinks, took her to the workplace-perfect.Then I met my master..)I have never seen such passive aggression and a desire to "shoot back" faster anywhere.She reacted vividly to my requests to trim and file.Insults to the nail plate..God, I still don't understand how this is possible))I was booked for the procedure "manicure with gel polish coating" - 55 byn.I had a strengthening -it's +5 byn more.
But on the way out, I got far from 60, but all 73.The master did not warn about surcharges.When paying, I clarified about the surcharges, but, unfortunately, they could not explain it to me exactly.
It seems that something is being left out..)There is no desire to return, despite the first positive experience.

Friendly administrator) signed up for a nail extension, but during the extension, the side wall and the nail growth point were cut down. The master, in response to my words, offered to retrain the nail, but I refused, because I understood that the nail would be even more damaged. At the reception, I told the receptionist that I didn't really like it (the side rollers hurt 3 hours after the procedure) I hope that they will pay attention to my review. The atmosphere in the salon is pleasant, tea/coffee / water are offered. The receptionist is a nice girl. I guess the master was a beginner and I was unlucky.

I've been going to the studio, practically, since the day of its foundation. Manicure is great, served by different masters-I love Margarita and Maria. I went to a massage-master Julia, works very well, nice hands, atmosphere and a complete feeling of bliss. Tatiana is struggling with my eyebrows, I hope soon beauty will come out of a not entirely difficult situation. I like to make cilia from a wonderful ciliated craftsman-Nadyusha. Wonderful, with good material and sensitive skillful handles. It's nice to interact with administrators as well. Ksenia, just a sorceress, a wonderful hostess and just a nice girl, even the coffee from her pens is wonderful. In general, pleasant masters and a pleasant feeling from visiting the studio. I go here for a very long time for all the procedures (manicure-I think all the masters had it), haircut, coloring, eyebrows, massage and even decided to increase my eyelashes. I read negative reviews and decided to write that there has never been any negative "aftertaste". If something is wrong. It is better not to write a negative review-but to the studio. They will offer you a solution. And you will walk and rejoice. Super customer-oriented. And the administrators are sweet! So keep the development and prosperity for you. Less negativity!

I had a manicure with Master Angelina.
As a person, the master is pleasant, but the work is appreciated. This is not a professional job at all. I have not encountered such nails yet. A few hours after the manicure, I came for repair, because the nails with a huge, thick layer of gel (bumps, not a smooth surface).
By the way, the master replied to me that this is such a gel, and she does not know how to work with it. Use means another one, the fault is definitely not the material)
After a few days, the detachments have already started and after 2 weeks the socks need to be redone, because everything has peeled off, grown back and looks even worse. It is strange for me that this master works as a "leading specialist", the work is done at a lower level.
Plus, when I asked if they would give me a check (this is an official salon) they answered no, although they are obliged to issue a check for all procedures.

A terrible salon, It was urgently necessary to simply remove the nails, and during the removal the "Master" touched her fingers twice, 3 times and there was blood. They don't even have any discount for this case. These are nails. And I also dared to go for eyebrows. And I was very sorry. They made them black for me, they didn't pluck the hair around my eyebrows normally, and they were black too. Also, the paint has gone beyond the contour. I was just waiting for those eyebrows to wash off. Of the good ones, there were only sweets with coffee, but their coffee machine also broke down and they haven't had it for 3 months.

I signed up for makeup and hairstyle long before the event.
The day before the date, the salon confirmed the relevance of the date.
Late in the evening, less than a day before the event, the administrator sent a message that the master had a test that no one knew about, and therefore my entry was canceled. Initially, no alternative options were offered.
When you sign up for this place, be prepared for the fact that you may be left without a service and find out about it less than a day before the event. Which in the "hot" season of corporate events means that everything is already occupied in other places.
The salon does not value its customers if it allows such situations.
I do not recommend it.

Может быть как салон маникюра, место хорошее. Но! Никогда не ходите сюда на стрижку! Красивые картинки в инстаграмм это фейк.
Был запрос укоротить длинну, облегчить затылок, простричь.
После того как мастер со словами "ой, знаете, оно же может и не лечь, то в одну сторону торчит, то в другую", зачесала волосы вперед и обрезала челку... Морально стала готовиться к худшему, чтобы не разреветься потом. Волосы были длинные, какая челка?!?! В итоге волосы возле лица и по бокам обрезаны как" горшок". Ни о каком простричь и речи нет. Сверху горшок, и нижние сами себе. Кончики не просрижены.
Времени прошло достаточно, я пыталась научиться укладывать это безобразие. Каждое утро нервы, слезы, и так ближайшие полгода, пока все не отрастет и получится сделать нормальную стрижку.
Никогда не переживала, были неудачные стрижки, но всегда удавадось научиться с ними жить
Сейчас это ужас, кошмар. Первый отзыв за много лет. Просто хочется предостеречь других

I am writing here, as negative reviews are being deleted in the client recording application. The quality of the manicure leaves much to be desired. I was at Master Anna's, the processing looked terrible after a week. Initially, I asked to fit all the nails to the same length, as a result, all are different. The design that had to be done before was not done. The master would do well to take advanced training courses. But as a Top Master, Anna is weak.
The work of the administrator is at the highest level.

Делала комплекс маникюр+педикюр , делала мастер Алеся. Сказать ,что это безупречно это ничего не сказать! Все супер, быстро, аккуратно и не толстым слоем гель,что сейчас редкость. Большое внимание было также уделено все ли мне нравится, форма, цвет и ТД
Администратор очень приятная девушка, всегда при деле)) не сидит на месте, по возможности помогает мастерам, подносит инструменты и прочие принадлежности. Вообщем 4 часа я провела как 1.5 ,приятная беседа , кофе и отличный маникюр +педикюр. Спасибо вам!

Единственное, что понравилось в салоне - это работа администратора, вообще подход как сервис хороший. Но! Качество маникюра оставляет желать лучшего. Почитав отзывы, я записалась к Анне. Вроде бы как она меня услышала, но… Форма ногтей (не всех) кривая, топ полосками (теперь на месте где нет топа затемнения), ноготь мой не выпилен изнутри (в таких случаях мне необходимо каждую неделю на коррекцию, тк крутится свой ноготь). Качеством сервиса я довольна, но качеством маникюра нет. Не рекомендую!
