Awesome breakfasts and great atmosphere! Prices a bit higher than average, but it is definitely worthy.

The atmosphere is comfortable, it is pleasant to be in the institution, the service is also on the level, BUT the kitchen is terrible compared to even Fornetto on Moskovskaya, the price-quality ratio is no, the pizza weight is not specified in the menu, they ordered pizza with jamon, brought a small pizza (sauce: tomato paste like with sour cream (I did not understand)), the sauce is poorly mixed, they threw greens with thick stalks and chopped ham on top, nothing else in the pizza) for a good price, as I believe (35 rubles). I wanted to order flower tea, which is on the menu, but in fact it did not turn out, then I asked for another tea, leaf tea, too, with a certain taste, it also did not turn out, in short, the choice of tea, like any good housewife... The cocktail was also interesting, 130 grams seemed to be supposed to be with raspberries and lime (I don't remember the name), but they brought a whole glass of ice filled with a cocktail and without lime, the hat is shorter... They didn't even offer sugar for the tea that I eventually ordered (it wasn't on the table either). CONCLUSION: you can go in and drink some water in a good environment. I haven't been to breakfast, maybe there are other chefs and bartenders there.

We ordered caesar with shrimp, Arrabiata pizza, beer and strawberry mojito. Of all this, the most decent was beer and pizza. Caesar is not very good at all. The sauce is tasteless, the 3 shrimps were also not impressed.. from the word at all.. the mojito is completely tasteless, some kind of syrup they probably don't have very strawberry..(( In general, Bloom did not please the guests from St. Petersburg .. alas..I do not recommend it.. only if you drink beer with pizza.)))

Great place! We stopped by for breakfast! I liked everything very much! The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly! Everyone is smiling and very helpful! We were with the dog - they immediately took out a bowl of water for him. They paid attention, stroked us when we needed to go to the bathroom.

Excellent Pancakes and Burgers, I also can't help but mention the staff, the girl showed great attention to us, which was extremely pleasant and partly made our evening too. Our most favorite restaurant in Belarus. We had dinner here and had breakfast the next day (after we found out that there are also breakfasts here). The impression of the place is made from the order - courteous waiters are very polite and pleasant to communicate, give recommendations, serve quickly.
Everything that we and the children ordered is very tasty. When ordering, make an amendment to yourself that the dishes are very large and hearty, I would refrain from ordering 2-3 dishes per person.
Draft beer is the freshest, cool, just a fairy tale.
In the morning I would have noted the coffee - it's just perfect, I drank 2 Americanos that day, I really liked it.
The location is also advantageous, after eating you can shake your stomach by walking along the embankment :)
I will remember these breakfasts for a long time..

As an avowed coffee lover, I was pleased to find that in a cafe where coffee is not a business card, the proportions and liters for flat white (my favorite coffee drink) are observed, because it is usually prepared as it should be.. someone does not see the difference with cappuccino at all.

I rate this place at 6 points out of 5 possible. I'll explain:
Firstly, this is the ONLY institution in Brest where my family was accepted with a dog (photos of our fierce wolfhound, thunderstorms of restaurants, I will attach below). In other TOP PLACES of the city (and in other cities of Belarus, too, it must be admitted), there was an unequivocal NO!
Secondly, absolutely all the employees were very friendly, hospitable sincerely. That is, not this feigned friendliness, but real involvement and a desire to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for the guest.
Thirdly, with regard to food: my family always and everywhere where there is "tartar" and "carpacho" on the menu - we always order it by default. So I have to admit that here they were either one of the best I've tried, or the best. The next day we came for breakfast, so everything was fine too, I don't see any point in describing it.
Further without points: since it was in the autumn and it was cool in the morning and 24 degrees in the afternoon, I took off my jacket, then put it on, then left it in the car, then carried it in my hands. Bottom line: I left it on a hanger in this restaurant. I felt the loss many hundreds of kilometers away from the restaurant. But after calling the guys, I already got it back. They kindly understood my situation and took her to the transport company, for which I am immensely grateful to them.
As grandiloquent as it may sound, I would like to admire the staff and, most importantly, the people who organized all this, trained the staff, and assembled such an excellent team. Regardless of the fact that I was able to visit only this restaurant in Brest, it seems to me that this is the best offer at least in terms of service, I have not tried food in other places.
By the way, this place was recommended to us by ordinary people on the street, after seeing our dog, they have the same. I mean, the management has something to work on in marketing, because advertising in search engines recommends a poor-looking, like from the 90s, another institution, I will not write the name.

The tea list is extensive, although in fact only black and green teas are available, it seems that mango is also available. Some people put fresh water with glasses on the tables, some do not. I'll start with a not very good kitchen, we were on a tour and stopped by for dinner, the opinion was divided there were 19 of us, all who ordered Pork steak with mushroom sauce were outraged by the smell of meat and quality (veins and lard)., as well as Potato pancakes with beef stroganoff Draniki were just not what (no salt, no pepper) and do not say that the salt was on the table. Everyone else who ordered pasta, burgers, salads, pizza was delighted. The staff is friendly, the interior is great, the atmosphere is pleasant.
Well, this is my subjective opinion, this is a visit to a catering with dogs. I am allergic to cats and dogs.

The next day they sat down in another place, I wanted to order pancakes, but they told me that they were not there, and then they hesitated and said that it would take a long time to cook them, an hour! (I can't imagine what you can cook in pancakes for an hour). The waitress Anastasia seemed rude, because the phrase "is it possible for me .." I was abruptly interrupted with a rude "it is possible", it was extremely incorrect despite the fact that this was repeated further in the dialogue..
There is also a comment on the breakfast menu, why make a separate column "poached egg" if it is added to most of the dishes, which is not written anywhere, and for a person who cannot tolerate a raw yolk it is extremely unpleasant, fortunately the dish was replaced for the second time (though with an extremely dissatisfied face)

Burger with torn pork - we waited for more than an hour, the waitress did not warn that the hot dishes would be prepared for such a long time, then they refused it, because they were tired of waiting. We were just driving out of town, deciding to have a quick breakfast at the McDuck, but after seeing a lot of occupied tables on the veranda on Sunday morning, we decided to change our plans. And it was worth it! A large selection of dishes, good service, pleasant atmosphere.
Hot (finally!) and delicious coffee, freaky cheesecakes!!! My husband had a set breakfast with really salty red fish and warm ciabatta! The usual oatmeal was unusually crumbled, with milk and enough fruit - my daughter ate it with great pleasure!
The day turned out to be a successful breakfast at Bloom!
WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!
If we return to Brest, we will return to you!
