The hotel for unassuming tourists is very "tired", all the photos on the booking platforms are heavily photoshopped, as well as on the hotel's website. The rooms, at least in the budget range, have not been renovated for a long time, and the breakfasts are very meager and monotonous, as they have recently been in most hotels of low and medium price categories. The only huge plus of this hotel, for which I gave it 4 stars, is its ideal location! It's 5 minutes to the most cool beach in Pattaya in my opinion (and not only) - Vongomat Beach, literally 1 minute to Nakua Street, which is 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by songtao (tuk tuk) to Terminal 21 shopping center, and yet the hotel is located on a very quiet street, which is very rare some kind of transport is passing through dead-end Street shopping center!

We stayed at the hotel in July 2024. A wonderful hotel! Excellent location, within walking distance of shops, massages, cafes, Terminal 21 shopping center, beach (10-15 minutes on foot). Friendly staff, checked in before 14.00. The room was in building B on the 5th floor. Modern and very clean room with a balcony. Cleaning was carried out daily! The room has everything you need - slippers, bathrobes, safe, tea set, kettle, water, refrigerator, hair dryer, dental supplies, shampoos, etc. The air conditioner is ceiling-mounted (perhaps someone will be noisy), wall-mounted adjustment, the nozzles of the air conditioner are rotary, you can manually adjust the direction of the air. It is very comfortable to sleep, a very quiet hotel in terms of noise insulation, during the whole stay we did not hear noise from the street, nor residents from neighboring rooms, nor noise from the corridor. The toilet is equipped with a hygienic shower. The shower area is very comfortable, there is a large space, there is a place to turn around. The hot water is really hot, the pressure is very good at any time of the day. On the roof of the hotel (7th floor, building B), there is a swimming pool (opening hours from 8.00 to 22.00), toilet rooms M + W, a small gym with all necessary equipment and a bar. The bar was open daily from 16.00, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable tables for evening relaxation. A large selection of drinks for a fee. It is very comfortable to swim in the pool, it was cleaned every morning, the water is clean and warm! There is a place 60 cm deep. During our stay at the hotel, it was possible to meet vacationers in it only after sunset. Pool towels are freely available when exiting the elevator, it is recommended to take a shower before entering the pool - it is located in the sunbed area. Sun beds are presented in a small number of about 10 pieces, but there have always been places. The location of the recreation area is sunny, the shade can only be found until 10 am. Breakfast was held on the ground floor. The serving area looks very clean, everything is signed, a decent selection, the dishes themselves look appetizing and clear (composition). Fruits - watermelon, pineapple. There was no sweet. Coffee machine (coffee beans). There was soy milk separately, for those who are lactose intolerant. The breakfast is very decent and most importantly delicious. You definitely won't stay hungry. I definitely recommend this hotel, BUT! Despite the fact that the hotel staff monitors its cleanliness daily, cleans it, all employees are constantly busy with something, and this is not just visibility, but real daily work, there is one minus, correcting which without much difficulty, there will be no questions for this hotel at all. Building B, 5th floor. The carpet on the floor looks very untidy, most likely it is more correct to say - it is dirty. Just not just dirt, but a lot of small debris. Despite the fact that the hotel staff are trying and sweeping it, you definitely can't handle a broom! I need a vacuum cleaner. I really need a vacuum cleaner.

Great hotel!! Breakfasts are also normal. The fact that there is a nook is a plus, a quiet and peaceful place. The rooms are clean, the floors are always cleaned, which you won't see everywhere. The staff is polite. There are 21 Terminals nearby, the Marina Outlet, I definitely recommend the hotel.
