Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Nice place! Pan-Asian cuisine. Typical Dubai. The staff is friendly and courteous (Malaysia, Myanmar, Macau, Vietnam). On Friday evenings, they arrange a "brunch" (the American "breakfast + lunch" has turned into a complex dinner). The audience is mostly from the hotel, but there are also expats. Moreover, American children are intemperate in their language and yell "I hate Russians" at the whole restaurant.
We recommend you to try spring roll with lobster or lobster in a list sauce or beef ribs. The menu is in Russian.

Delicious, but the service is peculiar. For some reason, they brought a salad and a hot snack at the same time, and they put a cold salad in front of me, while I was eating it, the hot snack would have cooled down. They asked about allergies, and received the answer that nuts - they brought a salad with nuts. Why they asked is not clear.
