Two years ago, there were good portions and prices were slightly above average. This year, the portions are tiny, there was something extra in the bill, about 500-700 lira, I had to drop it into the gpt chat, check it. Very unpleasant. The place is gorgeous in beauty, but here you can only drink a coke with a beautiful view.

I've been here three times. The first time I walked around the city, I was terribly tired and realized that I urgently needed to sit down somewhere. They brought water very quickly, guided me through the menu, and asked me how to help. I didn't feel like eating at all, so I can't say anything about the quality of the food. The view is beautiful - you can only go in because of it - the beer is cold, the staff is friendly. The guys speak English and Russian very well, and German is surprisingly good too. There were no problems with the account. We didn't count anything superfluous. The prices are higher than in the neighborhood, but nothing out of the ordinary.
