Nice place for a low budget vacation. Food is plain and tasty. The beach is rocky but the water is clean for swimming. Weather is not windy as it is on the shore of the peninsula.

The view of the lake is beautiful, otherwise everything froze there in 2000. The service and everything in the rooms have been in need of replacement for a long time. There are a small number of sun beds, there is not even ice cream on the shore. Well, such a vacation for those over 70 years old, there is no entertainment program, two billiard tables and an air hockey for today there is nothing at all. The kitchen is expensive and the products are very poor... There is a very neglected forest around. For such a room price, it's a disappointment, the receptionist said that these are not the worst rooms yet, so I don't recommend it.

Great location, comfortable rooms, clean water, free sun beds and umbrellas, good staff. There is a billiard and table tennis room, a children's corner and a playground with swings. It is only 10 minutes by car to the food court, where you can spend a pleasant time.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We really liked the gorgeous location right on the shore of the lake, there are sun beds, changing rooms. The hotel itself is clean and cozy, with a refrigerator , dishes, and hygiene supplies in the room. We had dinner at the restaurant in this complex. The prices are acceptable , homey , delicious , friendly attitude . We had a buffet breakfast. The air , the nature is gorgeous , we really liked it 🔥

A wonderful picturesque place! The hotel is located right on the shore of the lake. There is a beach just a stone's throw from our building, where you can comfortably sit on sun beds under a canopy. The territory of the hotel is covered with pines and blue fir trees, so the air is gorgeous. The staff is extremely friendly and sociable, always ready to help in any situation. The food in the dining room and in the restaurant is varied and very tasty. I was vacationing with the children, so it was extremely important for me that the conditions of my stay were comfortable. We fell in love with this place at first sight, and next year we will plan a trip here - to Blue Sevan.

Our one-day vacation was very pleasant. We would like to stay longer, but our plane tickets have already been purchased.We'll be back next year with my grandchildren.It would be nice to cover the shore of the lake with fine sand. As for the food, I would say that everything was cooked very tasty :)

A magical place. The air is incredible, the lake is clean. They were accepted and placed right away, with a beautiful view from the window. The breakfasts are excellent, fresh, and delicious. There is a conference hall, we are thinking of organizing events there. I recommend it 100 percent!

A very nice hotel. It can be seen that the old building, but everywhere they try to keep everything in working order and clean, it can be seen that the rooms were renovated. Really good breakfasts for Armenia. The staff is very friendly, they try to help in everything. The room has everything you need. Everything is functioning perfectly in the bathroom, there is an excellent comfortable mattress on the bed. The TV is old, but it shows well) A huge, green area where you can walk with pleasure. There is a Playground and a collapsible rather large swimming pool. There are many benches and hammocks. There is a barbecue area equipped with a canopy and tables. There is a private beach with sun beds and a canopy, literally 50 meters from the hotel. It was quiet at night, no one and nothing bothered to sleep. Thank you very much for the rest!

The worst hotel I've ever been to! And I was in much cheaper ones. Awful. The employee at the reception desk is ready to contact you. After payment, I forgot to take the change, I did not count my money. Later I asked the employee to check - the reaction was very unfriendly. The room has a dirty floor, the windows are blown (it's cold in the room at night). There is no dental kit in the room (brush, toothpaste), there was no shower gel. Instead, three bars of soap. There was no kettle. The phone in the room was not working. At the reception, the same employee told me - it's okay. The kettle was never brought. The toothbrush was sold to me an hour later. This trash was not in the photos on the booking. The cherry on the cake - when I left, I handed over the key, said "thank you, goodbye!", the employee muttered something under his breath and did not even look up from the monitor. Rude. They also smoked next to the reception desk. Piggy attitude, poor living conditions. I don't advise anyone! At the booking, they answered my review with obscenities in Armenian. Then they thought to delete it, but the skins remained. Animals.
