I came to Armenia for the first time through the travel agency of my city with the excursion program "All of Armenia in a week" and chose this wonderful little one according to reviews! The hotel is located on a hill in a quiet area of the private sector of Yerevan. The descent to the gorge and Kievsky Bridge area, the 24-hour SAS supermarket, which has an exchange office, takes 10-15 minutes, in the other direction from the mini-hotel there is the final metro station Druzhba (10 minutes), to the center by metro and a short walk 20-25 minutes. Nina, the pleasant and friendly hostess of the hotel, met her, escorted her to the room, told her all the information, and lo and behold!) I advised you to go down to the gorge and Kievsky Bridge area in 2 hours, and then to the bolshoi park, where the gala concert of the Bolshoi Theater of Russia took place that evening as part of the week-long festival that took place in early June 2025 in Yerevan! The breakfasts at the hotel, which Nina's assistants Margarita and Jasmine are working on, are good and hearty (porridge, cottage cheese and cottage cheese, omelets and glazes, vegetables and first apricots, sausage, honey, cereals, tea, coffee, milk).The rooms are spacious, the beds are equipped with good orthopedic mattresses, the trash is taken out daily and towels and bed linen are changed frequently! The hotel itself is an art design with paintings, vases, works in the form of paintings by Nina's friends and an antique piano in the dining room on the 1st floor! In the common lobby of the hotel on the 2nd floor, you can relax, and on the glazed veranda, in your free time, sit in silence with a glass of wine overlooking the sacred and beautiful Mount Ararat with its snow-capped peak! I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay, and I wish the hostess Nina and her assistants good, sustainable health, creative success and prosperity in the sunny, beautiful and amazing land of centuries-old Armenia!
