Very good location of the hotel, near supermarkets, Saturday market. Cons: the apartment has one door to the bathroom, if you have a child it is not very convenient, the kitchen is right next to the bed. I would say that this is a studio, well-zoned. If something broke in the apartment, for example, our blinds, they were repaired exactly 10 days later. Not very friendly to the guests, for your money, water was constantly flowing from the air conditioner to the sofa in the room, we lived for 21 days, the issue was never resolved.

The room was very dirty, the hob had dried cooking stains, the dishes were dirty, as if they had just been rinsed under water after previous tenants. The shower stall is leaking. The dishwasher was not working.
I put a couple of stars only for the friendly staff at the reception, we didn't find any more advantages

The optimal apartment hotel for a short stop.
We were accommodated in a room on the ground floor. It is very small- literally 15 meters + 4 meters bathroom with shower. Soap + shampoo is available in dispensers.
There is a wonderful laundry room on the 1st floor that is open from 8 to 20. There are three washing machines and two dryers. You can use a translator to figure it out, or you can ask a Russian speaker - if you are in a good mood, it will help. He was rude to us, but they've already apologized for him. So no offense.
It should be noted that there is a good terrace - a table and three chairs. He can eat outdoors.
The room has an electric stove, a refrigerator without a freezer, a sink with a small amount of detergent poured dosed at the bottom of the jar. There was no kettle, but it was brought to us on demand.
Once we were told - I came from the reception with an inscription in Russian - "Close the door immediately!!!" I don't know what it was))
There are many disabled people, especially wheelchair users - there is a hospital nearby and they are probably waiting for their operation. And we are here with our vacation, we were probably noisy and did not calm down our two-year-old baby. I have no other suggestions about rage and aggression from the staff.
