!!! Cars with Russian license plates are not serviced. We politely e-mailed them for half a day about our problem, which caught us on the way. I explained that I couldn't make a phone call because our English level wasn't good enough to talk on the phone. I suddenly asked if a Russian-speaking employee could talk to us. They answered me, they sent my letter from employee to employee, and they answered me with "dear ksenia." But we could have explained this rule right away and we wouldn't have wasted time. No matter what happens in the world and no matter what the company's rules are, it's important to remain human.

An official dealer with a pleasant quality of service. The oil and filter were replaced at a price even lower than in St. Petersburg. They apologized for not being able to service the car for free under the Service Inclusive package due to sanctions, because the car was bought in Russia. But that's not their problem. It's nice to see that BMW's service in any country is at a high level.
