Lived here for one month. The apartments themselves are magnificent, located on high floors (I had the 18th), with a beautiful view. Everything is located within walking distance from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, there is a cool park and shopping center nearby. ON THE DOWNSIDE: Problems with check-in/eviction. English is poorly spoken at the reception, and there are no Russian-speaking employees listed on ozon when booking (apparently out of season). There are also many active construction projects in the Business Bay area, which accumulates a layer of sand and dust on the balcony. Despite all this, the place is good, and for a short stay or a business trip it's generally great!😊
