The worst service. I came to reissue the documents . There were no people in the queue . Employees never notice the electronic queue at all , someone is doing something . While I made comments , after standing for 15 minutes , No one was even going to serve me . As a result, I spent 40 minutes there . I'm just shocked by the staff!!! We ordered a gas cylinder, and it was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. We stayed at home all day, didn't go out to the store, or anything. There is no gas!!! It's almost 5 o'clock on the clock. I call the dispatcher and ask how long the gas is being delivered. The nice girl was surprised at first that they didn't bring it to us. I started calling the driver, but he wouldn't answer the phone. I'm shocked, she's confused. I arrange with her that I will call her back in 15 minutes until she finds out the information. That's where it started. The second time my call was picked up by a woman, and rudely began to claim that the driver arrived at 9.40 and no one was at home!!! That's what the driver indicated in the report. I begin to explain that no one came, the door is open, there is a bell, even if they went out into the garden, I'm sorry, it's very easy to see and hear the car. The woman on the phone said that the driver wasn't lying, he was responsible. And she accused us of lying After making long statements, the gas was re-ordered for another day. It's not very pleasant!!! And the driver and the woman have more conscience !!!
