The place is good, but the service sucks. The waiters from the village were recruited. They don't know their job. In order to place an order, we sat and waited for 20 minutes.Although there were only 6 tables occupied in the hall, the waiters did not appear or were sitting on a chair near the door and playing on the phone. It's simply inappropriate for an establishment in the city center to have such a staff. We often visit there, the cuisine is delicious, but young people should not be allowed to serve.

We spontaneously decided to book a table for the Kairat-Real Madrid match. Miraculously, there were two empty tables 3 hours before the match, a table reservation with a deposit.Well, it's all clear the hype. We arrived at 9:15 a.m., after being asked to come over 5 times, we accepted the order. We all understand the excitement of a full landing, but it's not like no one comes up to us for 40 minutes or even looks in our direction, as the tables are distributed among the waiters. We would have left, but we understand that we would not have had time to find another place, and the match is in full swing. BUT then we got lucky and Samat started serving our table. Everything was quick and clear, to the point, and it didn't even seem like a full landing in the hall.
