I can't help but mention my trainer, Vilia, thanks to whom each workout is an exercise aimed at different muscle groups using equipment.No workout is like the previous one, which only increases the interest in training. I've been taking yoga classes at the studio for about a month. Excellent location, bright, spacious room. The schedule is tight, there are classes for every taste: pilates in the morning, relaxing yoga or stretching in the evening. There are many bonuses, gift certificates, and free workouts.The coaches all have different approaches, but everyone is a professional: they explain the subtleties, correct them, and monitor safety.
