We went for a hand massage with a friend, I got a good specialist, but my friend was less lucky. But that's not even the point.
1) The towel (rather a blanket) that you are covered with looks very tired, there are questions about its reusable use
2) The couches creak and move (they said in the salon that they had already called the masters)
3) The offices are not soundproof at all - you can hear everything that happens at the reception, in the next office, there is no silence, it is very difficult to relax.
4) CAMERAS IN THE MASSAGE ROOM - HOW IS IT IN GENERAL?!!
5) Additional feedback from a friend: the masseuse put her phone on the couch, which vibrated throughout the session.

Cameras in massage rooms! No one warns about this! It is impossible to relax during a massage, since the audibility is 100% from all sides (you can hear the administrator, the customers who come in, the neighboring office doing repairs).
The massage couch creaks and wobbles!
