Unfortunately, my visit to this salon turned out to be a disappointment. I made an appointment in advance, but had to wait almost 30 minutes, even though I arrived on time. The staff wasn't particularly friendly—it felt like I was in the way, rather than coming as a customer. The hair coloring procedure was unsuccessful: the color turned out to be completely different from what we discussed, and the hair became dry and brittle. The master did not offer any care afterwards, and he answered my questions evasively. The interior also leaves much to be desired — dirty tools and uncleaned workplaces. The price clearly does not match the quality of the services. She left feeling like she'd wasted her money. I hope the management will pay attention to the level of service and professionalism of the staff.
