Unfortunately, my visit to this salon turned out to be a disappointment. I made an appointment in advance, but had to wait almost 30 minutes, even though I arrived on time. The staff wasn't particularly friendly—it felt like I was in the way, rather than coming as a customer. The hair coloring procedure was unsuccessful: the color turned out to be completely different from what we discussed, and the hair became dry and brittle. The master did not offer any care afterwards, and he answered my questions evasively. The interior also leaves much to be desired — dirty tools and uncleaned workplaces. The price clearly does not match the quality of the services. She left feeling like she'd wasted her money. I hope the management will pay attention to the level of service and professionalism of the staff.

I was in this salon for about half a year-a year ago, I signed up as a model for hair botox to check the maintenance, sterility and cleanliness of the salon… As soon as I entered the salon, sidelong glances fell on me, as if I were nobody and they would call me nobody. Okay, I thought... let's see what's here.… Feeling: I walked into such a dirty room.… Dust, other people's hair, and just dirt. The master's comb kept falling off and she used it to comb my hair further. Unsanitary conditions are complete… The iron was not working properly and I could not evaporate the composition (I sat for 6-7 hours). Hair washers are a separate sight, if they wash your hair there, then you will be all wet because they wobble and your head goes numb!! I can't even dry my hair to the end, and I went into the dog's cold with a wet head. As a result, I do not recommend placing this salon unless you want to get infected with something (I'm not sure if everything is sterile in other areas). In a word, horror!! Well, thank you for the ruined hair that I've been restoring all this time!

She cut my hair, very polite, gentle, neat, pleasant, talkative, beautiful girl, did everything for 10+, and did not let me get bored at all) the salon is very pleasant, beautiful...
