07/28/2020 at 20:45h. I found the phone number of this store on the website, called, the woman answered, rudely, disrespectfully. I called a second time, introduced myself, the woman replied that I was not calling at the right time and was not up to calls at all, then they hung up, called a third time - they took the phone and left it in touch without answering, laughter, mats, in short, fun were heard in the phone - after a few minutes the call was dropped. I called the fourth time - a woman answered, did not introduce herself, another voice, refused to give the phone number to the management, there is no manager in place, etc., etc. THE QUESTION to the store management is why place the phone on the site if your store does not know how to use it and treats potential customers with such boorish disrespect?
