When choosing this agency for a trip to St. Petersburg on May day (30.04), we were guided by the feedback of relatives who had previously traveled through Bohemia travel and were satisfied. The routes from the Kosmos-Pribyltiyskaya hotel, which was specified in the contract, were developed in advance. As it turned out later, the agency changed the hotel on 04.26, as it has the right to change any clause of the contract (which I did not find in the contract). And they settled us in the Vertical hotel, which is similar in quality to a hostel)). To date, the tour manager has sent a request to the host party for what reason the group of 30 people was denied accommodation in the "Space". I hope to get an answer. We will look further, since the Vertical Hotel is not listed either on the website of Bohemia or in the contract)). I do not recommend contacting this travel agency, this is my subjective opinion.

What is "Bohemia Travel"? This is the God of tourism and recreation, with comfort and reliable protection for you! I love tourism and travel, every year I discover new cities and countries. This year was no exception, and by a pleasant coincidence, my life brought me together with the wonderful "Bohemia Travel". I chose a vacation in Sochi. From the moment of signing the contract until the moment of arrival, the company accompanied me and my family in good faith, honestly and transparently. The staff described the tour in detail and clearly, gave the right to choose and selected the best hotels. Literally, we were in touch 24/7 and resolved any questions that arose, regardless of personal time. At the moment, there were issues with the sea (there were storms, the sea was quite dirty) and as soon as they informed the employees of Bohemia Travel about this, they quickly solved this problem. Despite the reservation of the hotel and the resort, the staff resolved the issue in a couple of hours and changed the resort with the hotel, which, please note, would not have been done by any other travel company. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the director and employees of the travel company "Bohemia Travel" for their clear efficiency, politeness, tolerance, sensitivity, mutual understanding and desire for help in emergency situations. For me, "Bohemia Travel" is about caring, responsibility, honesty, safety and security!!! In 10 years of tourism, I have not met a more conscientious travel company than Bohemia Travel! I decided for myself that I have already found my tour company and I will be with her for many more summers! I had a rest in Gagra at the Morskaya Hotel in August 2024.Bohemia Travel accompanied us there.There was a request to the guide, to give us pensioners only the lower seats on the train.It turned out that they not only ignored the request, but also allocated the side seats in the reserved seat back.We've arrived.The hotel is like in the pictures.It was clean when checking into the room, then there were no cleaning and linen changes for 10 nights.It looks more like a dorm.In the hallway there is a microwave on a high chair, 2 kettles and mops with basins.There is no reception in the literal and figurative sense.The air conditioner was working..salvation.The water is cold and hot all the time.The sea is 3 minutes away and the dining room is nearby.The center of Gagra.Shops are nearby.In general, you can live on a budget.
