What is "Bohemia Travel"? This is the God of tourism and recreation, with comfort and reliable protection for you! I love tourism and travel, every year I discover new cities and countries. This year was no exception, and by a pleasant coincidence, my life brought me together with the wonderful "Bohemia Travel". I chose a vacation in Sochi. From the moment of signing the contract until the moment of arrival, the company accompanied me and my family in good faith, honestly and transparently. The staff described the tour in detail and clearly, gave the right to choose and selected the best hotels. Literally, we were in touch 24/7 and resolved any questions that arose, regardless of personal time. At the moment, there were issues with the sea (there were storms, the sea was quite dirty) and as soon as they informed the employees of Bohemia Travel about this, they quickly solved this problem. Despite the reservation of the hotel and the resort, the staff resolved the issue in a couple of hours and changed the resort with the hotel, which, please note, would not have been done by any other travel company. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the director and employees of the travel company "Bohemia Travel" for their clear efficiency, politeness, tolerance, sensitivity, mutual understanding and desire for help in emergency situations. For me, "Bohemia Travel" is about caring, responsibility, honesty, safety and security!!! In 10 years of tourism, I have not met a more conscientious travel company than Bohemia Travel! I decided for myself that I have already found my tour company and I will be with her for many more summers! I had a rest in Gagra at the Morskaya Hotel in August 2024.Bohemia Travel accompanied us there.There was a request to the guide, to give us pensioners only the lower seats on the train.It turned out that they not only ignored the request, but also allocated the side seats in the reserved seat back.We've arrived.The hotel is like in the pictures.It was clean when checking into the room, then there were no cleaning and linen changes for 10 nights.It looks more like a dorm.In the hallway there is a microwave on a high chair, 2 kettles and mops with basins.There is no reception in the literal and figurative sense.The air conditioner was working..salvation.The water is cold and hot all the time.The sea is 3 minutes away and the dining room is nearby.The center of Gagra.Shops are nearby.In general, you can live on a budget.

We are very sorry that we did not read the reviews about this travel company before organizing a trip to Abkhazia! Before signing the contract, during an oral conversation, we were misled by the real cost of tickets, accommodation, and transfer. They cheated on the issue of insurance (they said that insurance is bought at the hotel on the spot, and the hotel said that they do not sell insurance, we had to decide with the tour operator). They also cheated on the formation of the price for accommodation (the hotel made a decent discount, which we were not told anything about. We saw it already in the check-in voucher that we were given on the day of departure. We showed it at check-in at the hotel, where we were surprised that this discount was not taken into account). In addition, the rooms in which they check in are different from those in the photos of the site (worse). We were also deceived with the departure time - on the day of arrival in Abkhazia, we were told that the departure back on the transfer would be about the time of check-out from the hotel 12 hours, but in fact, the transfer was ordered from 9.00 to 10.00, and we had to spend 5 hours!!! at the railway station, that is, for our own money, our rest hours were stolen from us on the last day!
During the correspondence, I was told to read the contract carefully, although I pointed out to them an error in their contract (there was a link to a clause that was missing). At first I thought it was just a technical error, but now, after correspondence with a representative of the company, I doubt it.
Over the many years of rest, we have worked with different travel agencies, but for the first time such an unpleasant aftertaste is from "Bohemia Travel"
I do not recommend contacting them!

We went to Abkhazia in July 2023. Initially, everything was fine. And the first three days were a great success. And from day 4, the real heat began. In the hotel, it turns out that the light disappears not only in the storm that was, but just like that, whereas in all neighboring hotels it was. And this light disappeared exactly when you need to get ready or wash up after the sea. There are no questions about the transfer to and from Abkhazia. When buying round-trip train tickets, the main requirement was a compartment not near the toilet. And on the way back, that's exactly what was provided to us. It is unclear why they did not say that they could not fulfill the requirement. The last time this institution was contacted. Oh yes, the toilet door doesn't close and makes noise like a jet engine. I think sleep is provided for 49 hours, well, not without flavors, of course. And most importantly, everything is for your money)). And for a better journey in the car, even for 36 people, there are 2 sockets and they are at a height of 1.70 from the floor, well, it would be more convenient to charge from a cord and a length of 30 cm

I planned 2 trips with them: St. Petersburg and Hungary. And in 2 cases, the agency did not show itself at its best.
Already at the stage of concluding the contract, I corrected errors in the contract more than 3 times. The full name is not correct, then the amount of the contract.... The trip to St. Petersburg took place, but the whole group was dissatisfied with the inexperience of the escort from this company (the problem with checking into the hotel, the problem with the schedule and informing the group:we missed one trip because we didn't know about it : (( )
Unfortunately, it didn't work out with Hungary. I won't blame the company for everything here -maybe I didn't hear that there can only be a VIP case for a visa.... I thought that if I had booked a place since May, I would get in the usual queue, and not the most expensive one. But even here there was a jamb with the execution of the contract: mistakes in the name, mistakes in the amount ...
Everything is done in a hurry.
The unpleasant aftertaste of working with this organization remained. I will no longer cooperate with them.
Tip: read the documents carefully when making a tour, specify all the nuances.

04.05 we went from the agency Bohemia Travel to the Norwegian Fjords tour. They just moved away now.
a) Olga's escort, to put it mildly, was "no one." It all started with the fact that she was 25 minutes late. And instead of apologies, we heard: "I was misinformed. The departure was scheduled for 23.45." For your information, she arrived at 23.40. The whole trip she was busy only collecting money, she just ignored all other questions and wishes. In response to complaints from passengers, she said that "you have chosen the cheapest tour, but you do not know what you are demanding." I won't even comment on it here. There are no words... When she distributed the programs, my husband and I turned out to have different times(
B) The bus was on the verge of fantasy. At first, he squeaked all the way, and in the end he began to make generally strange sounds. The drivers did not have not only the addresses of the hotels, but also an elementary navigator. Thanks to one passenger for guiding them all the way on his phone. As there were pieces of food from the previous trip in the bus from the very beginning, so they came back to Minsk. The rags or even clouds of dust on the floor were simply impressive. Olga had to beg for garbage bags. And in a rude way, she replied that we should clean them ourselves. In principle, I don't mind, I don't need cleaners, but the tone of the conversation is annoying. The three of us went there. And three of them!!!! the mechanisms of the seat backs did not work. Although, however, I'm sorry, I'm lying, I didn't work for my husband and child. After the night, my seat didn't work out either. The driver joked that I broke it myself and would continue driving lying down, but believe me, at that moment we did not appreciate the joke.
c) I really liked the hotel in the mountains. If it weren't for one thing!!! We climbed there (along the serpentine, please note) after one o'clock in the morning. And at this time, even in Norway it is very dark. I think passengers have not experienced such an extreme for a long time. Moreover, as I wrote above, the drivers did not have a navigator, and the fear of driving into the wrong place was very great))), because turning around at night on the serpentine is still a pleasure. We were driving, not knowing where
d) The first day in Riga we visited only a supermarket. The program included Riga and the Rundal Palace. Therefore, the Rundal Palace was in question, or rather not. And in the program it was like a "mandatory surcharge". The money was returned, there are no questions, but we counted on him (And we only looked at Riga, fortunately Natalia was an amazing guide there!!!
e) in Stockholm we had a "no" guide and 2-3 hours of time(. The tour was mostly on the bus. Neither the Town Hall nor the Royal Palace were shown.
f) For tickets to the Flom railway, we were charged 60 euros (35 per child) if they cost 45 and 23 euros, respectively, in the Flom itself. So don't get fooled by the fact that you may not buy tickets there. Utter nonsense. Buy it. And it is 15 euros cheaper per person.
g) The majority of the group turned out to be from another agency. And they knew that on the way back we would also take part of the group to Grodno. It was a "pleasant" surprise for us. After such a tedious road, an extra 300 km is somehow not a joy at all. We could have warned you, we would have chosen another operator, fortunately, there are enough of them.
However, the fjords were worth all this torment!!! Such beauty has not been seen anywhere (and we have visited many places)
So go, but choose carefully with whom)!!!!
