Tsovinar, also Tsovian (Armenian: Ծովինար) is a goddess in ancient Armenian mythology, the personification of thunderstorms, lightning, and at the same time the goddess of the sea, water, rain, who during a thunderstorm rides on a fiery horse in the clouds; she sends people life-giving rain or harmful hail.
