The designers are talented, they quickly realized what we wanted and made operational changes to the project. Boho turned to the studio on the advice of friends, having received more than flattering recommendations from them. I worked with designer Dasha. The subject of the order was a design project of an apartment in a modern style. As a result, I got an interior designed within the framework of sustained minimalism. The harmonious combination of space and light, the consistency of lines and shapes, as they say, hooked, and the muted range of colors became just a source of tranquility. The key point, testifying to the high level of professionalism of the designers and managers of the studio, is the one hundred percent realization of my wishes, but decorated in a fresh, new way. My impressions are mixed. The designer was changed several times at the first stage, thus the deadlines were already delayed. The picture and diagrams turned out to be quite good at first glance (all the wishes were taken into account and redone several times). But as soon as we started the renovation (not with this studio, but with another company), questions and inconsistencies constantly began to surface. Boho claim that everything is consistent with their foreman, but it feels like it's not, because the "feasibility" of the project raises endless questions, and we didn't just give the schematics to the builders, but we constantly have to re-examine and approve alterations, because a lot is wrong in fact, it turns out.

At the insistence of the person who called me at 23-22 on the weekend, I add the phrase "all of the following has not been confirmed in court." People, be very careful when contacting this company! After "cooperating" with them, it may be necessary to restore health. I and this company have signed a contract for finishing an apartment in a new building with a deadline from 03/18/25 to 08/01/25. As of today, on 10/17/25, the work is very far from completion. Delays in the completion of the stages began from the very beginning, the apartment could remain unchanged for weeks. Since June, they began asking to terminate the contract due to the fact that the performers' prices have increased and no one will work for this money, although initially they were required to have all the specialists on staff, electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc. As a result, almost all the performers were attracted by them from the outside, with the quality of work below any baseboard. I had to find some performers myself. As a result, the quality of the work is such that blood gushes from the eyes, the deadlines have all come out, and now they simply refused not only to continue working, but even to fix their jambs, for which I paid in full. At the moment, I am terminating the contract with them in court with compensation for penalties and all damages.
