I was at an appointment a couple of days ago, and you know, I didn't expect such an effect!!! I thought it would be painful or at least unpleasant! But what happened exceeded all my expectations! Thanks to Oleg Anatolyevich, my problems were disappearing before my eyes (the cervical thoracic region was affected, the pelvis was skewed to the right and the pain was radiating to the leg) . Oleg Anatolyevich is a very pleasant doctor with humor and very caring. I took a consultation with a manual technique and did not regret it . This is my first experience and a very successful one! There was no pain at all, at first I relaxed on the massage table (special rollers were massaged - relaxing my back before manual techniques), then they clicked a little and performed gentle manipulations, and finally they protaped me and shared a link to MANDATORY EXERCISES (by the way, they have their own YouTube with exercises) . I think my body is grateful to me, and I'm grateful to the BOLISPINA center.
