I thank the head of the 1st Surgery, Ukrainian Evgeny Alexandrovich, for the excellent organization of the work of the entire department, everyone is friendly and conscientious in their duties.

You have the same grandparents, shame !!
They performed surgery on your grandmother, they did not do it successfully (the operation was done by Masko Elena Georgievna. Now she is on maternity leave.), now she does not see one eye at all, they fed her breakfast, the nurses treated her rudely.
Please note, she had seen this eye before, but there was a lot of eye pressure, a headache.
After discharge, she began to feel unwell, her eye hurt, turned to this clinic, to which she was told "why did you come here?". Is this a joke? An elderly man drove for two and a half hours, we called in advance. She had an operation with you, and you sent her home. After all, I managed to get them to the hospital, the doctor, Yana Shabanova, sent them home and treated an elderly man rudely! At the moment when my grandmother became ill after the injection in the temple, the nurse ignored the neighbors in the ward who went for help! They approached 5 times if not more, the person was shaking and it was bad. Do you understand that at a young age, after such operations and not the right appointment, it may not become?!
It does not fit in your head how you send a person home when there are complaints about the eye and head.
I will definitely try to contact the necessary authorities so that hospitals are put in order and employees who call themselves "doctors" are fired.

Sometimes you have to wait an hour or longer for the ATO to get up. The hospital itself is like a maze. I had to go to the traumatologists in the 310th room. Before that, my leg had been hurting for three weeks, and it was getting worse. After their consultation and prescribed treatment, the improvement came immediately. My review is purely subjective. And I understand that there are many factors. But!!!!!!! There are even more questions!!!
To which the attending physician has not answered me.He didn't even come out... When I came to pick up my dear man's things after his death.
I put my aunt in the neurosurgery department (she's more of a mom).
After 2.5 months of treatment, I took her out of the morgue.
They put her down with severe back pain. I can't write in medical terms.
The situation was difficult. Local doctors treated these pains for 2 months at first, then did an MRI at a nearby private clinic and there, instead of immediately sending them for surgery, they put blockers - injections. They didn't help. And time has been lost yet.
They put it here, had an operation. The suture did not heal for more than a month and Iona was lying down. The doctor said it was the protein. And we fed her beef and caviar.... Until, a month later, the attending physician tried some kind of magic medicine. And the seam began to tighten quickly. When we said that we were ready to buy this medicine, we were told that it was impossible to buy it. WHY COULDN'T THIS MEDICINE BE PUNCTURED RIGHT AWAY? Which immediately increased the protein? They were sewn with non-self-lubricating threads. They were ready to pay for that too. The blood clots in her leg were running. Until we asked about the medicine, and did not buy it and lay it, they injected her with some shit that did not help FOR a WHOLE MONTH! For this reason, she was not allowed to get up. Month - suture, month - blood clots. And finally she started to sit down! I could hardly get up anymore, my muscles were atrophied. The next stage has started.
2 weeks before her death, she started coughing, violently. THE DOCTOR DIDN'T EVEN PAY ATTENTION TO THIS!
And a week before her cough, the patient was transferred from the ward, like with covid. Of course, this is a sealed secret.
On 10.12.2023, my T. Galechka coughed violently, lost consciousness. They were taken to the intensive care unit. Saturation has dropped. The saturation was raised. I think I've woken up. SHIFT CHANGE, Saturation drop again and....... 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
The autopsy showed instant pulmonary edema, eschemic disease of the left........... hearts.
HOW?????!!!!! HOW COULD YOU ONLY DO A CARDIOGRAM?????!!!!!? Which showed everything well.
WHY DIDN'T THEY DO AN ULTRASOUND OF THE HEART AND ALL THE OTHER STUDIES OF THE HEART????!!!!!!!
HOW COULD THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN MISS, MISS, IGNORE SUCH IMPORTANT SYMPTOMS?????!!!!!!
WHY WAS THERE NO REACTION TO HER COUGH??!!!
