After all , it's quieter in the state. We lived in Dadonghai Bay. So there are Sharashkins at every turn. offices where an alleged "military professor" will supply needles for two or even three times cheaper. We visited similar institutions a couple of times and asked if the "professor" had a medical license. We were told that of course there was, but we couldn't show it, because the professor would be offended. Naturally, we turned around and left. And we will continue to be treated only in the hospital.
